Everyone has 2 parents – biologically speaking. Which means 4 grandparents, 8 great brand parents, 16 great great grandparents, etc. If you follow that progression back 30 generations, that would be 1 billion people. And if you go back 40 generations, that would be over a trillion people. Generations vary in length – between 22 and 32 years. If you assume that a generation is 25 years, then going back 40 generations takes you back to to the year 1024. The crazy thing is … there were only about 300 million people in the entire world back then. So how is it possible that over a trillion people were needed to make you? It’s not. The reality is, there was a great deal of incest going on way back in the day.
